Playing summer league, AAU basketball and tournaments will not make you a better basketball player. You have to fix your jump shot, improve your ball-handling, get stronger, move quicker, think faster and develop your all around basketball skills. You have to train and drill like the elite basketball players to become one. This means you have to put time in the gym working on fundamentals over and over, doing strength training and improving your explosiveness and quickness.
