Elementary Practice League/Training
This clinic will provide one hour of the fundamental of basketball training in:
Shooting: Technique, off the dribble, from triple threat and shot conditioning
Ball Handling: Skill development, against single coverage, against traps and setting up other players
Agility and Conditioning: lateral movement, quickness and stamina
Gamesmanship: How to incorporate those skills in a game situation
Start Date: December 3, 2011 - January 21, 2012. No sessions December 24 & 31, 2011.

Note: Elementary age players will be separated by ability at the clinics.
