Her clients speak:

"Of course, I could never have recovered so well from my stroke without working with Tammy. She knows what she is doing and does everything so well. I appreciated her abilities when I as working out with her before my stroke, but I really need good care after the stroke and thank goodness she is there to help me".

"Tammy Robinson and I meet approximately once per week to review my progress, adjust my routine and discuss my training goals.  She keeps the workouts fresh, challenging, and carefully attuned to my particular abilities and needs.  When I began training with Tammy, my goal was to lose weight and develop at least a moderate degree of strength.  I was significantly overweight and had no previous strength training of any kind, and was very skeptical about my chances for success, especially given my age and lack of any previous training experience.  Tammy was the perfect trainer for me.  She helped me set fitness and weight goals that challenged yet did not intimidate me, and to reach and then exceed those goals on a continuing basis.  With her assistance and support (and, yes, some nagging!), I have lost approximately 50 pounds, and developed strength and stamina I never believed possible for me.  I no longer have to take medication for high blood pressure, and have reduced my asthma prevention medication by two thirds.  My only regret is that I did not do this years earlier!"

"She is thoughtful, enjoyable and effective." Barry D.
